Strength and Conditioning has been the focus for spring practices this year. Unfortunately we can only do so much in the few hours we have with the players each week. It is absolutely essential that each player supplements weekly practice workouts with a personal training program. The good news is that you don’t have to hire a personal trainer or join a gym to get a good supplemental workout at home. USA Football has provided us with 19 fundamental, football related workout videos that will help you get ready for training camp which begins July 14th.
